LIVER QI STAGNATION – BBT CHART

20170408_191316-1[1]

This BBT chart is a classic example of Liver Qi stagnation. The Qi that flows through our meridian is the same Qi that circulates in every part of the Universe, therefore relatively easy to change for the better.

When it comes to ovulation, Liver Qi is the one controlling it, and that is why it is good to talk about this common  example of BBT chart.

So, Liver Qi controls ovulation and directs and transforms blood before menstruation. In controlling ovulation, Liver Qi is called upon to convert the peak in estrogen, which can be seen as a dip in temperature in the chart, into progesterone. Such a powerful and mysterious undertaking! Therefore, ovulation is not to be considered an event, or an incidence, or a moment, or a point in space and time, but a fluid, uninterrupted, calm and pleasant process. The yin energy of the follicular phase gratefully leaves space to the mighty yang energy of the luteal phase. It is a sunrise! ..an egg that, after being stored in the darkness of the ovary , emerges into the light like at every turning of the wheel.

With the Liver Qi stagnation seen in the chart the smooth sunrise process is not likely to happen. In these type of situations there is a build up of estrogen that prevents ovulation from occurring. Most women with estrogen dominant conditions such as PCOS, cancer, fibroids and endometriosis will present with a Liver Qi diagnosis.

To facilitate ovulation and rectify the estrogen excess is good to stimulate acupoint Lv 3, use herbs like Black Cohosh, practice Qigonq, get physical daily exercise, eat a diet of organic food, and meditate. This exercise practice http://https://www.google.com/search?q=qigong+for+liver+qi+stagnation&rlz=1C1CHWA_enUS604US604&oq=qigong+for+liver+qi+stagnation&aqs=chrome..69i57.19170j0j4&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 helps many many women, and if it is helping you make it yours :)….in case you do not BBT chart, and wondering whether you may have Liver Qi stagnation this is  a good post to check: http://http://www.denvercommunityacupuncture.com/single-post/2016/03/14/Liver-Stagnation-in-American-Culture.  Happy full moon to you all!

SUPPLEMENTING POLYCYSTIC OVARIAN SYNDROME

Dietary recommendations for PCOs can be found easily all over the net, but here I want to reach out to all women who may be feeling that there must be a way to supplement their diet to further stimulate the body to resolve PCOS.

So here are my tips on supplementation that targets insulin-resistance and in most cases helps greatly with early miscarriages and subfertility.

A novelty in the treatment of PCOs is a combination of natural substances that, taken together, can re-establish a normal ovulation cyclicity within 6-8 weeks. The substances are: alpha lipoic acid, N-acetyl cysteine, superoxide dismutase, and D-chiro inositol.

D-chiro inositol, according to Dr Antonio Lagana in a recent Italian research, reduces hyperandrogenism because of its astounding effects on the metabolic activity. D-chiro inositol is a nutritional supplement found in the B vitamin  group.

Super oxide dismutase is an enzyme with quite possibly the most powerful antioxidant activity discovered so far. Besides helping with PCOs , it is extremely useful in rebuilding tissue, decreasing inflammation, interstitial cystitis, cancer, improving tolerance to radiation therapy, and minimizing heart damage caused by heart attacks.

N-acetyl cysteine is both an antioxidant and amino acid, and outperforms Metformin in that Metformin only works on decreasing total cholesterol levels, while NAC significantly decreases both total cholesterol and low density lipo protein levels. For the purpose of fertility, NAC improves oocytes and embryo quality!

As for the alpha lipoic acid it has been proven to increase insulin sensitivity and decrease inflammation.

I couldn’t exit without mentioning herbs. The queen herb for PCOs is Gleditsia, according to Randine Lewis, PhD,. Gleditsia is able to dissolve the waxy capsule that forms around the ovaries in PCOs. The herb is to be taken only from menstruation to ovulation (follicular phase). By resolving phlegm it promotes ovulation..

Additionally, the bodywork of choice here is Arvigo abdominal therapy, and while it usually addresses energy flow, nervous flow, hemodynamics and lymphatic blockages, it is performed for PCOs especially to bring more blood to the pelvic organs.

DANCE OF THE POMEGRANATE

fruit-1323080__180“The word ‘ritual’ comes from ‘rtu’ sanskrit for menses. The earliest rituals were connected to the woman’s monthly bleeding.

The blood from the womb that nourished the unborn child was believed to have mana, magical power.

Women’s periodic bleeding was a cosmic event, like the cycles of the moon and the waxing and waning of the tides. We have forgotten that women were the conduit to the sacred mystery of life and death”

Elinor Gadon

The pomegranate as symbol of fertility. Doesn’t it look round “like the cycles of the moon”? Doesn’t its juice look red like “the blood from the womb that nourished the unborn child”? Doesn’t it ripe every fall like “the waxing and waning” of the seasons?

Yes, the pomegranate is ready in the fall, and the fall celebrates transformation and fermentation.                                                                            flower-212772__180The pomegranate, the language of fertility, a fertility that is wise and mature. Like a high priestess. A symbol that represents the feminine element that heals the Self and through the Self the Self of others. By way of alchemy, by way of fermentation, and by way of transforming the elements.

Therefore, autumn, and the pomegranate, introduce the idea of transformation of what is not useful anymore into something that can be used again, under a different form.still-life-1453135_960_720

What is it that it’s no longer of value to you, and that it would not make sense to get rid of at this moment, but that  can be transformed into something that has a meaning?

The pomegranate promises an enormous number of seeds, but accessing them proves to be difficult. How many times, month after month, fall after fall, the high priestess sits on her throne, being in her power while waiting for  her seeds to transform into a divine purpose?

pomegranate-989551_960_720-2The divine feminine draws from the spiritual as well as from the physical, therefore timing is everything. The pomegranate thrives in climates and in situations where most plants would die, it is deep bright red, has a grounding energy, but I suspect this fruit has access to a higher degree of information, just like the high priestess does.

To intimately feel and experience the raw energy of autumn, and to discover another dimension of fertility , we need to find  a balance between the female and male aspects of our personality, just like autumn finds an equilibrium between light and dark around equinox. Or we can experiment in reaching harmony between the physical and the spiritual, just like the inspiration the pomegranate gives us.

Let’s hike in the woods and on the hills to draw stability from Nature wood-1689668_960_720

We need to start a fire with all the dry leaves we can gather to draw energy that will keep our passions alive.

Let’s smudge our homes with sage, pine, myrrh incense to draw inspiration and higher understandings.

Or take a oat bath to reach down into the mysteries of our emotional world, and draw from their wisdom.

Let’s decorate our sacred space with pomegranate, lots of them, red and brown candles, wheat, vine leaves, dried herbs and almonds.

And share with our loved ones warm spicy dishes of potatoes and beans.

autumn-1031609_960_720Let’s come together! Tell us, what did you sow over the past months, how much are you keeping for yourself, and how much are you giving to others? If you have been going through fertility issues, how much struggle are you willing to let go now? What surprise did you receive recently that was unexpected? I would love to hear all autumn experiences!

V is for VAGINAL STEAMS !

spa-stone

V is for Vaginal Steams here at Fullblue Fertility…not only vaginal steams fluff up the vagina and cleanse the internal uterine tissue, but also purify the energetic and physical body of the lower abdomen.

It provides renewal, it let us come closer to our deeper selves, it helps to clear out emotions stored in the pelvis, and ensures that negative feelings don’t get trapped in our wombs.

Arvigo therapists use herbs such as red clover, yellow dock, lavander, marigold, rosemary, chamomile and more, and it doesn’t matter if it is done as preventive care or as a ritual, either way when we are done our vagina feels as good as new. Share your experience with vaginal steams, and make it part of your beauty routine…because beauty lies deep within!

MOXIBUSTION WITH ARVIGO THERAPY

The moxa technique is less sophisticated than acupuncture but it produces a wider effect that spreads in more directions. It’s a form of heat therapy and uses the leaves of Artemesia vulgaris (mugwort) in a rolled up way to form a stick that is burned an inch or so away from the acupoint on the skin.

Besides being very relaxing, there are major biochemical changes happening immediately after a moxa treatment. Production of white blood cells, red blood cells, and hemoglobin is increased, plus several validated studies show that moxa causes biochemical changes even in the circulation of lymph and production of antibodies.

The reason why I choose to complement Arvigo therapy with moxa for fertility is because both address, by different mechanisms, the lack of proper blood circulation in and around the reproductive organs. Now, not only moxa produces physiological and measurable benefits but the fact that is not invasive and that the warmth induces a psychophysical relaxation makes moxibustion a favorite for clients and practitioners alike.

The treatment goal can be either to tonify or to disperse. We tonify when the acupoint is in empty and needs energy. And we disperse when the acupoint is in full, blocked or stagnant, and excess energy needs to be dispersed. In order to tonify the acupoint, heat must be moderate and applied for a longer time, the moxa stick is rotated clockwise.

In order to disperse, heat must be strong and brief, and the moxa stick is rotated counterclockwise.

There are of course contraindications to moxibustions: low yin energy, high yang energy, hypertension, acute inflammation, skin disorders, fever and hyperemia.

In reality Arvigo therapy and moxa/acupressure work well together because, while Arvigo techniques support a diffuse increase of energy and blood flow, moxa/acupressure on the abdomen weaves that increased energy at the right angle at specific points interlacing the Qi threads almost in  a geometric fashion. Basically, Arvigo therapy provides the perfect fabric on which acupressure and moxa become the embroidery. Vice versa, acu/moxa offer specific focal points on which Arvigo techniques can draw more strength from.

THE COLOR OF OUR MENSTRUAL BLOOD

The healthy color of our menstrual blood is bright red. By keeping in mind that the menstrual blood is a good indicator of reproductive health, let’s explore together, from an eastern medical point of view, what it means if the color is other than red, for example if it is a dull color, pinkish (or watery), or purplish (or dark).

Menstrual blood that is dull in color may be caused by imbalances of water energies which manifest themselves in the belief that we are not enough, that we are inadequate and need to prove ourselves continuously. Menstrual blood dull in color can also be present in situations in which lives are not lived authentically perhaps because we do not know or don’t fully realize our power. Imbalances of water energies can be felt powerfully since water is, after all, the beginning and the end of any metabolic reaction happening in our body.

To strengthen water energies and vitalize the color of our monthly blood is particularly helpful to let go of fear by acknowledging it, watching it, accepting it for what it is and by breathing it out to gently release it. To let go of fear requires us to be courageous, and that implies allowing ourselves to be ourselves. Which can feel like a daunting task if we think we don’t know ourselves. So where to begin? We can start by identifying our values, getting to know our limits, exploring our passions, treating ourselves in the same way we treat our loved ones, being unique without feeling different, owning our own individual style without comparing ourselves to anybody, giving birth and nurturing our creativity, and finding and carrying out our innate purpose.

Menstrual blood that is pinkish in color may be caused by imbalances of earth energies which show up with digestive issues and overthinking. Excessive thinking includes too much concentration, brooding and especially worrying. Women with pinkish or watery menstrual blood are typically people who care too much for others and forget to take care of themselves. Mother Earth takes care of every living organism but it also knows how to regenerate itself and create boundaries. To correct earth imbalances, women need to learn to define their boundaries as well.

Drumming, singing, and dancing have grounding qualities, gently reminding us that we do have a center through which we connect with our higher Self. Our center is the place where events and people are accepted and transformed as if in an alchemy oven. Nourishing our weak menstrual blood also happens through eating consciously, for example eating foods that have been in contact with Earth for  period of time will contain the earth energies that are necessary to replenish ours. Common sense also tells us that we can correct our earth imbalances by walking barefoot and laying on the ground in Nature, this easily takes care of lack of vitality in most cases. Vaginal steams are a must here, as the essential oils in the herbs released through steaming are one of the most direct way earth plants contribute to the well being of our reproductive organs.

Menstrual blood that shows a purplish or dark color may be caused by imbalances  of wood energies.. energies that typically give us strength to move forward. When our menstrual blood is darker than red, there is usually a spiritual inflammation that leads to inward anger, such as depression, or outward anger, such as rage. Women, who have difficulty overcoming resistance and unable to move through life with ease, deal with conflicts and tensions as manifestations in their outer world of wood imbalances happening in their inner world.

To balance wood energies, create a meditation and visualization routine that helps with the flow of inner energy. Unimpeded energy flow actually balances the endocrine system. I would like to share a powerful medical meditation by Dr Dharma Singh Khalsa. This is an effective way to balance wood energies and to bring menstrual blood to a healthy color. Here we go:

“Tune in and center yourself by chanting ‘Ong Namo, Guru Dev Namo’ 3 times.

Posture: sit in easy pose or in a chair with your spine straight.

Focus: focus your eyes at the tip of your nose.

Breath: the breath will come automatically as you chant.

Mantra: this meditation is done to the mantra ‘Hummee Hum, Brahm Hum’ The chanting is done with the tip of the toungue.

Meaning of mantra: ‘We are we, and we are one’. On  a higher spiritual level, it means we are already everything we need to be.

Mudra: bend your elbows and bring your hands into prayer pose. All parts of the palms are touching and pressing together with equal force. Every time you chant ‘Hummee, Hum, Brahm, Hum’ press your hands together, pull the navel in, and then release. Make sure you chant each word with the tip of the tongue. The hand press is a compression like the beat of the heart.

Time: 11 minutes.

End: Inhale and hold the breath, pull in on your navel, and press the tip of your tongue against the roof of your mouth. Hold for 15 second and exhale. Repeat the inhaling, holding the breath, pulling on your navel, pressing the tip of your tongue against the roof of the mouth, and exhaling 2 more times.”

Arvigo therapy is considered the bodywork of choice and integrated here to resolve all three element imbalances, by clearing congestion surrounding the reproductive organs, and by producing a strong tonic effect on the uterus itself thus ensuring the presence of healthy menstrual blood.

INNERSTANDING A COLD UTERUS

INNERSTANDING A COLD UTERUS
Clinical manifestations of a cold uterus are:
– Primary infertility, delayed cycle, scanty period, small clots, painful period that is better with heat, feeling colder during period, pale face, sore back.
– Tongue is pale, thick, white coating.
– Pulse is weak, tight.
This is a condition from a kidney-yang deficiency and it is more common in young women.
The treatment of choice here is to warm the uterus (because cold restricts the flow of fluids and qi, the womb needs to be warm to sustain life, if the uterus is cold life cannot begin), to tonify kidney-yang (kidney-yang is the source of warmth in the pelvis), and to scatter cold (so that transportation and transformation of fluids and qi is restored).
Cold here happens to be pathogenic, and it’s called external when it reaches the uterus through the lower gate during menstruation or childbirth or surgical procedures such as D&C. In all these cases the cervix opens and the body is more susceptible to cold invasion. That is why is not advisable for women to walk barefoot on cold surfaces, to get chilled, to go swimming during menses or to sit on cold floors too often. Also, eating frozen foods and drinking cold beverages is viewed as internal causes of a cold uterus.
The kidneys in TCM are related to fear, to water energies. To balance our kidney qi we are asked to ride the wave of our fear, to see fear for what it actually is, to realize that fear has no real power over us. When we are fearful and we paralyze, our internal waters also become frozen, our fluids move slowly lacking confidence, our wombs are congealed as if in survival mode; all our energies are directed to feed and bow to the fear that holds us. This is far from what life wants for us.
Fear is so overwhelming because is the emotional counterpart of water energies. One of the unique properties of water is surface tension, and with this capillary action water seeks to fill even the smallest of spaces. Fear is bound to do the same, it floods and permeates the space between atoms and between this thought and the next.
A cold uterus is an indication of kidney qi that descends, like water and its ability to go deeper and deeper into darkness, to reveal what we don’t like about ourselves but also to uncover our hidden desire to flow with the art of existence.
The kidneys are represented by a spiral of energy: they are the source of our potential. It is not a coincidence that the representation of our metaphysical root is a spiral, the representation of our genetic expressions, the DNA, is a spiral, and the representation of our locality, the galaxy, is also a spiral. This is the primordial shape that obeys mathematic rules by keeping turning endlessly into renewal. With no effort.

EASING OVARIAN CYSTS

Ours are times in which estrogen dominates and rules, inducing chaos by disrupting hormonal pathways, thought processes, and mood platforms. Estrogen, per se, is not a bad hormone of course because our body produces it, but I see quite few women suffering from ruptured cysts or going unnecessary surgery to remove them, and the cause? Estrogen levels simply being high in relation to other hormones.

Maya abdominal massage is highly effective in re-establishing the proper endocrine balance. Because improving the flow of blood and lymphatic fluid to the pelvis helps eliminate ovarian cysts, it is always the base treatment in my practice; but I also would like to add some info on food therapy, herbal therapy and homeopathic therapy specific to ovarian cysts to complement abdominal massage in a beautifully rounded way. To offer some extra tools for women to work with at home is a way to give hope, which at times it may be all we have left.

Before getting to the fun part, and because knowledge is power, I am inserting a page or two from the Womancare book on ovarian cysts, so that you can be informed on the medical aspect of it, and hopefully not allow yourself to be talked into surgery, as too often this seems to be the norm.

Here is a nice shot of physiology: “ There are basically two types of physiologic (or ovarian) cysts: luteum and follicle. Follicle cysts occur quite frequently, for they are really exaggerations of a normal process that occurs cyclically in the mature female. Each month a number of eggs resting inside sacs, called follicles, deep within the ovary are stimulated by hormones to develop and move toward the surface of the ovary. As they develop, specialized cells that line the interior cavity of the follicular sac secrete fluids that nourish the developing ovum, and these fluids cause the follicle to swell. Normally, only one of these swelling follicles is chosen to mature fully, reach the surface and release its egg at ovulation. Countless others don’t develop fully and disintegrate into microscopic specks of scar tissue.
Sometimes this normal process goes awry. Either the chosen follicle fails to release its egg and continues to grow larger or one or more of the competing follicles does not disintegrate and continue to swell with fluid. If either of these things happens, one or more follicular cysts are formed.
Just as follicle cysts are the result of a distortion of the process of ovulation, so luteum cysts are an irregularity in the normal course of events. After the follicle bursts, releasing its egg at ovulation, the remnants of the burst follicle become the corpus luteum, which starts producing the hormone progesterone. This hormone helps the uterus get ready for a possible pregnancy by stimulating the uterine lining to grow rich and thick, so that the egg, if fertilized, will be well nourished. If a fertilized egg does not implant in the lining of the uterus, the corpus luteum normally stops producing progesterone and disintegrates. Without the progesterone to support its growth, the rich lining begins to disintegrate and it is shed during the monthly period. In the case of a luteum cyst the corpus luteum does not disintegrate as it should but swells with fluid and persists on the surface of the ovary as a cyst. There is normally a small amount of bleeding into the corpus luteum after the follicle bursts. Sometimes this can become excessive, and the cyst fills with blood. This is called a corpus luteum hematoma. Similarly, blood may fill a follicular cyst in which case the name follicular hematoma is used.

Physiologic cysts are generally small, for the pressure of the fluid on the cyst wall prevents the further production of fluid and greater enlargement. They may produce the same symptoms as any other ovarian cyst; however, since they are usually small, they are less likely to produce severe symptoms. If, however, they grow large, there may be a dull ache on the affected side. They may affect the menstrual cycle. The luteum cyst, which affects progesterone production, is more apt to alter the menstrual cycle. The continued stimulation of the uterine lining by the progesterone may delay the period. When menstrual flow does start, the bleeding may be rather scant since much of the lining may be retained because of the effect of the progesterone. These cysts may rupture spontaneously or as a result of some physical exertion. If a follicle cyst ruptures, there is generally little pain, for the fluid that spills into the cavity is not irritating. If blood has seeped into the follicle cyst and the cyst then ruptures, there may be some discomfort but this usually passes and rarely reaches the emergency proportions that rupture of other types of ovarian cysts can cause. The luteum cyst is less prone to rupture; however, should it rupture, it is more likely to cause pain since it is more apt to contain larger amounts of blood, and blood is highly irritating to the pelvic cavity. A ruptured corpus luteum cyst can produce symptoms similar to those of a ruptured ectopic pregnancy. Laparoscopic exam may be the only way to distinguish between the two.”

Physicians across the line do not, as of today, agree on classification and treatment of ovarian cysts, so please consider surgery your last resort.

UTERUS

UTERUS1
And now some good Food therapy!

FOOD
Because too much estrogen is the common cause of cysts, a personal diet would be low in fat, and mostly fresh foods vegetarian, but don’t forget daily intake of high quality proteins from vegetable sources. Avoid fried and salty foods, red meat, caffeine, sugars, white flour products, dairy products. Include fermented foods in the diet whenever possible (miso, kombucha, sauerkrauts, etc..), and drink plenty of clear liquids plus apple or carrot juice every day. Increasing the intake of B vitamin foods is also a good idea regardless.

Herbal therapy

HERBS

“Chickweed is a reliable dissolver of ovarian cysts. I prefer tincture of the fresh plant in flower, though infusion of the dried herb may be used with good results. The key is consistency: a dropperful of tincture, or a cup of infusion, taken 3-4 times a day until the cyst is gone. Very large cysts will dissolve eventually but it may require more than a year’s effort. Also Triple Goddess Tincture is a Chinese formula for women that goes back several thousand years. It is made from equal parts Maidenwort (Stellaria media), Motherwort (Leonurus cardiac) and Cronewort (Artemisia vulgaris). Each herb is harvested, and tinctured fresh when it blooms: the maiden in the spring, the mother in the summer, and the crone in the fall. To dissolve cysts, use 1-2 dropperfuls of mixed tinctures 3-4 times a day. “ Susun S. Weed
Homeopathic therapy

HOMEOPATHY

“ Apis – burning pain on the right, worse with heat
Aurum muriaticum nat. – ovarian pain extends up to scapula
Baryta carb – timid woman with a large single cyst
Calc carb – corpulent, slow, passive, cold cystic woman
Colocynth – small round cyst, violent, cramping pain
Graphites – cysts cause pain on intercourse
Kali br – left sided pain, especially during intercourse
Lachesis – pressing, stitching pain on the left, highly emotional
Lycopodium – boring pain on the right, craves sweets.” Susun S. Weed

Rules for Taking Homeopathic Remedies
• Take nothing by mouth 10-20 minutes prior to or following dosage. This includes food, drink, chewing gum, toothpaste etc.
• Limit as much as possible caffeine in any forms, such as soft drinks, coffee, or chocolate.
• No camphor, such as in muscle and joint rubs. Avoid moth ball fumes.
• No dental drilling. If dental drilling, use injectable or extra dermal application.
• Limit contact with cigarette smoke, especially menthol as much as possible.
• Avoid raw garlic, cooked is okay.
• Alcohol sensitivities: If the patient is sensitive to the alcohol, they may put the drops into a glass (3 oz) of warm water. Allow one minute for the alcohol to evaporate.
Reflexology

FEET

Meditation for the Second Chakra:

Swadhisthana, sacral plexus chakra

Swadhisthana, sacral plexus chakra

1. Sitting: Easy Pose, making sure that your spine is straight.
2. Your arms are out to the sides with the elbows bent with the palms of the hands facing each other about shoulder width apart. The palms are angled in toward each other at a 60 degree angle. (To put the hands in the correct position, begin by holding them with the palms facing downward. Tilt the inner edge of each hand up 60 degrees so that the thumbs and forefingers are the highest part of the tilted plane of the hand.)
3. Mantra: The meditation is done to Nirinjan Kaur’s version of “Ek Ong Kar, Sat Gur Prasad.” There is no chanting but the movement of the meditation is done with the rhythm of the music.
4. Focus: The eyes are focused at the tip of the nose.
5. Meditation: From the starting position, bring the hands towards each other at the center of the body, but do not let them touch. This movement is strong and sharp, something like a clap without touching the hands. As the hands move inward, tighten the sex organ and release it as the hands move back to the starting position. For men the tightening is centered at the base of the sex organ and for women, the contraction includes the clitoris. This is not a mul bandh, the anus and Navel Point are not contracted with the sex organ.
6. Time: Begin with 11 Minutes and slowly work up to 31 Minutes.
7. To Finish: Inhale and hold the breath and tighten and tense every muscle in the body. Hold for 15 seconds and then relax. Repeat the sequence: inhaling, holding the breath, tensing the body, and exhaling 2 more times.

Detoxing and more detoxing
Our wonderful liver works non-stop for us, and it is responsible for over two hundred functions daily! Whether we want to eliminate ovarian cysts, or simply decrease the level of circulating estrogen, the liver is our main friend, let’s treat it nicely. One fundamental function is its detoxification pathway, and any disruption along this line contributes to excesses in hormones and toxins, and fat gain. A decreased ability of the liver to excrete estrogen will definitely cause a rounder belly, and not only enlarged fat cells produce more estrogen (via aromatase), but the excess estrogen that needed to be excreted by the liver in the first place can’t find a physiological exit and unfortunately reenters the circulation in a cycle that perpetuates hormonal imbalances.
There are plenty of liver detox formulas on the market, have fun scanning the shelves of your local health food store, follow your intuition and choose one plan that feels right to you. Let’s give this hard working organ a chance to rejuvenate its detoxification pathways, ideally at every change of the season!

…and finally applications of our beloved Vaginal Steams that have the unique property of clearing the energetic body in our pelvis bowl (among other magical qualities). And why do I think Vaginal Steams are so important in ovarian cysts cases? Cysts are, metaphysically speaking, energetic knots or condensed energy that have not had the chance to be released, thus the higher energy of the herbs used for the steam is a perfect match to address our body disrupted vibrancy. One of the reasons why energy in our second chakra swirls slower and causes congestion is that we don’t give our creative ideas the chance to be born. So, be sparkly, create and manifest under the sun, under the rainbow, under the moonlight! Show the world your crafty power and your uniqueness, express the joy of your imagination while luxuriating in vaginal steams and simply at any moment in between!

JOYFUL HEALING!! and remember..every improvement is a movement towards a more wholesome you . . .
